OUR CIDER

A cider based on apples that ripen early in the autumn, a cider on apples that ripen late, a cider where we ferment a single or a few varieties together, and a cider where we blend with other fruits from the estate – this is how we have chosen to make the best use of our resources.

HISTORY

Created by the Ice Age and generations of hard work!

PRODUCTION

We use the classic methods of production. It requires patience! From pressing in the autumn to when the bottles are ready for sale, a year passes.

RETAILERS

We sell our bottles to restaurants and selected retailers – we are happy that our apple and other fruit trees produce more fruit year by year.
